New BBG 795 plan from BSNL (Not so great)

795 - 2 mbps for 8 GB & 512 kbps beyond.
Basically, they have cloned the 900 plan & removed the 350 calls & made it as per existing landline plan. Might turn to be expensive if you dont have a higher range landline plan. If you are in the 900 plan, you are better off continuing perhaps
On a second glance, looks like they have brought back the stand alone BB plan of 800, but instead of 1 mbps till 6 GB, they have replaced it with 2 mbps till 8 GB & reduced Rs.5 to that plan..
People on BB Home ULD 800, should probably look to migrate to this one. But yeah, better read the fine print to make sure you are not loosing something..

I think there is some careful planning behind this but not sure what it is.Instead of giving these speeds in 800ul they have started a new one which is just Rs.5 less.May be they want 800ul people to migrate to this and then after sometime raise Rs 50 as they did with 750ul.

My brother-in-law just got Tikona in his place (around 3-4 km away) last month and he says the speeds are good. I am tempted to get it as well , considering this is what they can come up with...

post some speed test if possible , i think this plan suits most of my friends including me who is on 800plan with less speeds..and around same price mark , give us some light by posting some screen shots who used it...if possible

Do you use the free calls in 800 plan? If no, then definitely switch to 795 plan. It will give you higher speeds(1mbps vs 2mbps) and higher fup(6gb vs 8gb), for Rs 5 lesser.

there is no free calls ...in this plan only freak calls....for me...but can someone's posts speedtests results so i can understood better ....how is the speed?on this
