New Bsnl Plans and Upgradation Of Speed for HYDERABAD users only 1-09-2012

I was planning to migrate to one of these plans. Now I need to see again as I think many calls to Non-BSNL numbers are made

How can BSNL upgrade their plans for selective regions only and not for the whole India?? Is it not unfair trade practice?? Why we are not taking legal action against this kind of fraudulent practices??

Upgraded mine from 2Mbps to 4Mbps FUP 2.5GB... Night 02:00 to 08:00 Unlimited..
