Well it seems like History channel will be renamed to Fox History & Entertainment. But if you looks around the internet you not find straight connection between and The History Channel. They both are related in very long way.

New Corp holds shares in FOX, Sky, Star TV and companies like A&E Television Networks(Owner of History Chanel).

Star TV distributes The History Channel in India. FOX and STAR are both Subsidiaries of News Corp. But stragely FOX has come into picture and had changed History Channel's name that not taken place in the world. Btw, STAR owns 20% of Tata Sky, thus Tata Sky people are talking all about.

I think you all must be confused now:huh:. HAHA!

If you read my earlier post ..... I had said that History Chaneel was known as Fox History in Australia before it was changed to History Channel and its the other way round because News Corp/Star/Fox is launching more Fox brands in India...you never know star sports can become Fox Sports (as in Australia) and Star world to Fox Entertainment....All is possible as they all have the same owner....Rupert Murdoch again an Australian

Can anybody confirm that, is the programme changed or the same programme telecasted?
I waited till midnight and saw the Logo change occur at precisely 0000 hrs...The logo shifted from left to right and Tatasky Changed the name of the Channel too. I recorded this change on my TS+ too . Nothing else happened.
