i write this mail to dish

sir i m using ur multi room maxi connection from 2005
and i have zenega 1025s stb (3 in multi room) yesterday i saw ur new remote in my friends home with attractive look and navigation keys and many other new keys, i try to use that remote in my home but it did'nt work, i call custmore care they said u have to upgrade ur stb with new software and u can upgrade it in our dish care centre without paying. Also u can buy our new remote in just rupees 130/- they gave me the number of dish care and that was 93********,93********modern dish care center ambala city) i called them and they said u have to pay 250/- for software and 200/- for remote. is it right? now there r too many options to adopet like
Tata Sky & bigtv, Airtel on the way, This is ur stb u gave us on rent it is ur responsibility if it doesnt work properly, if this kind of service u will provide i will definately quit and i have to go for other dth services. i think u will take a strong decission on dish care centre, we r ur old coustmores u can't
ignore us.
