There is a new operator showing up in BANGALORE , That is 405-34 / IND-34Any guess which operator is it ....?????well I suppose it must be AIRCEL.........!!!

No it is Reliance GSM,405 is allotted to Reliance

Ind means mccfor india there are two mcc codes one is 404 second is 405.IND 803 means 405-803 "803" is a mnc
