Now TS has put in lot of information regarding packages, costs, active services, contact details, recharge procedures etc. in a special 'help' screen accessible by pressing the help button in the remote. All the information available in TS web site is accessible for viewing in the TV. If only TS had provided the STB with a modem, and allowed dialing through the STB, even ordering of packages, movies and recharging could be enabled.Good work by TS.
