yea these plans are only for mumbaikars not in delhi and these are real and good plans

I am using the Xpress Combo unlimited 750 plan since these plans are announced. The speeds are good, as committed.

Yes, there are 100% true. I am on the 1000 (22GB) and then throttle down plan, and finding it real good. Only wish my router was up to the mark though, but that's another problem.

Really wish that MTNL came out with 4 Mbps plans though. Airtel in Mumbai has better plans in that range (damn FUP though)
