New plans from Hathway Broadband

No, I m testing the speed after midnight only. Now its been 4 days, still no change. I have filed a complaint and they said our engg will get back to you. They are working on the problem. God knows when they are gonna succeed. I have taken this plan for the night speed that I m getting as I have not much usage during the day time. Thanks for that software though.
Do you have wifi at your place with hathway? I need to know which router I need to buy and what are the settings.

1. Dude, I am from Mumbai and I have subscribed for the same plan in hathway as yours. I am getting speed of 2.5 mbps during 12am-9am. No problem with that. Maybe, you check the speed during that time at : https://www.speedtest.net/
2. You need to login to hathway every 12 hours. It's ridiculous! This may help you to avoid frequent logins (not developed by me): http://anilsoni85.blogspot.in/2012/03/auto-hathway-authentication.html

I have subscribed to Speed way 512 plan from Hathway and there is NO FUP in this plan.

Yes both the speedway plans are available in Mumbai. Speedway 1 mbps and speedway 512 kbps. Still call your local office. You will get the no. from hathway website.

Hi..I m from Kothrud Pune area. I have no idea if Hathway provide a wifi router if asked or not, because I never intended to buy one from them. They from some Cisco cable router.
I have bought [color=#000000;]D-Link DIR-600L Wireless N150 Cloud Router for my self. The TP link router you showed seems similar to me..Just go to flipkart and compare these two. I m sure that this one of mine is perfectly working fine with one laptop and nexus 4 connected at the same time. You need to browser login once from either devices and you are ready to go..And yes they may take 2 days to installation and another 5-6 hours for activation. They will call you when they are coming.[/color]

Silent_Shadow, the router that you have mentioned should work ideally. I know for sure that the below given router works absolutely fine with Hathway DSL modems. Go for any router that is compatible with DSL modems.

Silent_Shadow I would rather say be more worried about the hathway connection that you have opted for, than for the router. Hathway's connection will not work as promised. You may not get the promised speeds all the time, infact when needed.
