New Service Added?

What is the last item that is added on INSAT 3B,4A - India (83.0E) Last Chart Update: 2008-04-23, 11:58

Its named as "Service 2409". Earlier, ACTVE STORIES HIN used to be the last item.Does this mean that any new channel or service is getting added shortly?

in that manner there is also channel called service 2308.......then dat rule applies to this also?????????
