Just posting an update on BSNL tenders:
I see there is a new tender for "optical fiber submarine cable system" for more international bandwidth...
There is a detailed PDF at Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd.
Not sure what the capacity, cost or timeframe of readiness is on this. I really hope this helps boosting speeds/plans to unlimited multi-megabit affordable levels...
