I am still waiting for 100 billion dollar that Modi announced within 4 months of him becoming PM.

You expect investors to transfer that amount in one go in some bank account in India?These investments will come in tranches and fructify over years not in one go.
And please dont confuse or try to confuse people with investment in India and stock market investments.

Oh by the way - investment in early years are supposed to be higher but I still assumed just 15% for first year.

Have you ever done a investment deal with anyone?
Anyone with even an iota of knowledge about such investments knows how money is invested.
Its not like today you sign a deal and tommorow money starts coming in.
Sector for investment is decided.Possible partners identified.Project plans made.Feasibility studies done.Project is confirmed and a team is decided to execute it.Then only actual big ticket money starts flowing.
so how many years will I have to wait? can you tell? 2 yrs have already gone. so 3yrs? 4 yrs?
