Good move.

But I wonder how "rear" camera would decide if car/bike in front did not allow ambulance the way?

Hospital may send wrong car video by mistake too.

There may be many reasons why owner could not give side. (like no room to because of traffic on LHS)

yup. if i am driving and there is an ambulance at the back, i try to make way. but sometimes there is no way you can make way. i mean i guess i am allowed to jump red light to give way to the ambulance. i have never had an opportunity and i am not sure if i would. maybe i would. and of course, sometimes you just do not have any space to give to the ambulance so unless the video is super clear that the driver was intentionally blocking the way of the ambulance, the driver should not be punished on circumstantial evidence :\

I still can not figure out, why they use "rear" camera instead of "front" camera?

sounds more like an inaccurate statement. the cop either glitched or the report got it wrong.
