I have two of these. I have been using them for a little more than a year. I had bought them in Jan last year from the authorized seller as on online sites, the price is high and that too without solar panels.
One powers the balcony and study table CFL lights after 7pm in the evening till midnight. And the other powers mobile, tablet charger, 9.8 inch LCD/DVD/TV/USB Player used as CCTV monitor and satellite receivers used for FTA channels.
I got the 1 year limited warranty certificate from Nishica India, so this is not certainly like other chinese products without support. The User Manual is not in broken English but with a grammatically correct and easy to understand language.Nishica is based in Hong Kong, although their products have a "Made in China" tag. There is a warranty seal on the back of the box as shown below:
I got one Nishica Power Vault on Feb 28 2013. Less than three months of usage...it stopped working and is making some strange noise when there is power cut. Was trying to call the number given on Certificate of Warranty(022-22682222) for the past one week but no body answers the call.
So the support is just on paper.
