NO ADSL SINCE 27 JUNE 2013

hi guys I was running mtnl triband on my D-Link glb520t adsl2plus routerpast 3 years . but on afternoon of 27 june I unplugged my modem directly without turning off switch. (not an issue tho')this is because I got myself TP-Link W8951 wifi router. but when I on the router ADSL refuses to come since then.even the old router failed in the same.when the mtnl guys bot their modem ( 502 dlink ..) they managed to get the adsl stable . ( wtf) ..very weird problem . the tplink modem is new (flipkart.com)please help me.....ps : I did everything related to reset , line check etc etc

Did you configure the new router properly?

JUst go for flipakrt 30 days replacement guarantee . Withing 2 days u will get ur modem cum router changed

^ yes I did that. but what happened to glb520t ?sad no 1 here has mtnl nearby so tht I cud test it.

U might hav to post screenshots of ur new LINK W8951 router menu here...... since mtnl guys got their router to work then adsl line is OK....... ur config might need tuning

Password: Consumer ID
Make sure those two are correct on the router menu.
