No good ISP in Delhi

is there any isp that provides high speed internet with no FUP for reasonable price like 1500-1800 rupees. Or any ISP that provides fiber optics?
why is there no service provider that does this?

I am sure if an ISP existed that offered unlimited fast reliable internet for less than Rs. 2000, you and me would have heard about it. It's not like they are hidden and shy to advertise their services.

@pranjal53 No unlimited High speed i.e 10 to 20 mbps ISP exists in Delhi. Only option is spectranet which has limited availability and they block some ports too, which I have seen many user complaint. You and me have to wait for few more years to get a real high speed isp with unlimited plans. Unfortunately Delhi is not good enough in terms of internet despite being the capital city, Internet has always been expensive here.

You can try excitel broadband. Heard a lot about their truly unlimited plans.

In an area close to mine, reliance is pretty good. So you might wanna give them a chance
