No Landline Connection Given with BHARAT FIBER

Hi guys,

Got my connection installed yesterday, but the guys who installed the connection said, I couldn't use a landline yet, because there's no IP generated for the connection due to lockdown. Is there any such thing? Does VOIP needs to be manually enable using some IP?

Please help me out. Thanks!

What can I do about this? Where can I complain? Any ideas?

Book a complain first in the toll-free 18003451500.
If they don't respond then use twitter or PGPortal.
