No Response from ACT broadband for new connection

I am staying in Sanjaynagar. I have been calling ACT for a broadband connection for the past 30-35 days. Every time i call customer care they say that they have escalated the issue and they will call back the next day. But still i have got no call from the techinician. What to do??
