No Speed / Connection Improvement Till...... Even Airtel Cc Don't Know

7-8 during day and 19-21 during night ......on 128plan

Nothing changed here... only change is that my speeds have dropped to an all time low of 36KB/s which usually is somewhere between 54 - 62 KB/s.... Airtel plz.. fix the problem ASAP....

I've been getting around 160kbps in the day, but at night usually I get around 300kbps. It's a little slower today, and CC said they still haven't resolved the earthquake issue yet, and of course the usual spiel about we are providing the bare minimum of "up to 256kbps."

We users in Mumbai dont even get double speeds at night. Quit complaining and also the download speed never goes up above 30kBps
