No. Tata Sky can add atleast 10 channels without decrease the quality.
Before adding newsx , ptc news and etv bihar Tata Sky has only 3 services (according to satcodx3). Somebody says tata Sky can add only three channles.
Now Tata Sky added 3 channels, still one service is left blank
Service 1905 . (that is, some of the services are not shown in satcodx3)
