no viacom18 network channels in hyderabad hathway digital cable

i am new customer of hathway digital cable,but there are no viacom 18 channels in hyderabad region cable,and also ten's cricket,will they provide it soon?and what about new channel addition will stb auto tune the channel's or we need to manually add the channels?

hello, Hathway had temporarily suspended viacom18 network channels, when contacted hathway they said restoration is under process and said they will resume them soon.coming to the new channel addition, u dont need to manually tune or anything stuff, just the set top box itself automatically renews the new channels by its in-built software, so u dont need to worry about it, just keep the set top box in stand by always, dont off the box hence any new software can be upgraded and it will be done automatically.the joint venture between hathway and Taj Entertainment Network is limited, hence there is only one channel namely ten sports, so you dont get the other channels like ten action, ten cricket, etc.Hope this information works for you,regards
