I like it. Display is pretty decent. Nokia 301 has a much better display (same size and resolution but support for more colors).
Buttons are fine though slippery coz they are glossy. Software experience is typical Nokia. User interface is decently responsive.
Back cover is slightly painful to open.

In my case, the plan is per minute. 30 paisa per minute I think. S
 
It's pretty decent. I like the screen and the lumia style look. It was a bit weird that it doesn't work with the latest ovi suite they have. Had to use an older pc suite version to sync contacts. Dad doesn't like that it can store only 1000 contacts.
 
When I checked memory status, it did not show any specific limit for contacts. I thought it used the storage on the device (12MB free?) for that. 1000 would be enough for my dad though. : I am just around 60% done :p transfering contacts from the samsung device.
