Nokia has launched its budget phablet, the Lumia 1320 and economy smartphone, the Lumia 525 in the Indian market. The Lumia 1320 is priced at Rs 23,999, while the Lumia 525 costs Rs 10,399. The phones will be available starting next month.

True to some extent, but now WP8 has most of the popular apps. Its just that developers first launch most of apps for Android (and iOS), but eventually app is developed for WP8.But then there are some who have exclusive apps only for WP8 http://www.wpcentral.com/indian-airline-spicejet-launches-mobile-app-windows-phone-exclusive

Yup. Sure Windows Phone platform is not as open as Android (capabilities available to apps) but the app ecosystem is pretty solid today. Ignoring Google, almost all major services have apps for Windows Phone devices. And apps generally are much better in terms of quality because developers just do not replicate/port the iOS editions like most of them do for Android.
And due to Microsoft's promotions and incentives there are some pretty awesome exclusive apps on Windows Phone today as well.

i dont want a 20 mp..pureview..a 8mp pureview in a device like this would have been decent!!like a replacement to existing lumia 925..
