Although they said it isn't available for Lollipop yet, its working perfectly fine on my N5 with lollipop.

I think it's not released for India yet ...

One can simply download it from apkmirror. There might be some issues with play store listing as developer is newly registered with them, and in such case, first app takes time due to verification of publication rights and verification of Google's own terms, everything of it varies from country to country. Sometimes it takes hour and sometimes, couple of days.
