Subject: RE: Service Confirmation
Hi,
The complaint regarding ‘Not able to access
VPN site’ was lodged by me on 21st of Sep 2008, but till now it is not resolved. After continuously calling to customer service, a technician (Sidraj) came yesterday to look into the matter. Neither he nor the backend technician (Vishu kumar), with whom he was online in his phone, was able to resolve it. Vishu told me that the port is blocked from backend which has to be unblocked to do so he needs to send some related info (ping, tracert, nslookup) to Mumbai team. I was told to send him these info from my system to his mail id
[email protected]. I did send him the related info which you can find in the attachment. Now instead of resolving the issue today I got a call from your technical team to forward the same info to some other mail id. This is not acceptable. Can you answer me what is going on? Whenever I call to customer care I am told that the work is in progress. How much time do you think it takes to unblock the port? Hardly one minute job???
From the day I have lodged the complaint I have received more than 50 calls from your side most of the time when I am in my office. Every time I have to explain him my problem for 10 minutes and after that he will just hang-up saying he will call back but next time I will be getting call from some other person and again I will have to explain him the same thing. Now I am feed up of this pathetic TATAINDICOM service. This is not the first time I am facing such kind of problem from TATAINDICOM. When I took the connection there was connectivity issue which was only resolved after 15-20 days that too after continuous escalation of complaint.
Now I want you to resolve this issue till tomorrow morning or else please take back you connection and refund back my money.
Regards,
Sanjay

Hi,
This request was logged by me on Sunday evening and still it is not resolved. Everyday I am getting 2 to 3 calls from your technical department, every time they will ask same question that what the problem is. And after explaining him the problem they will just hang up saying he will call back. In the last call also which I got couple of hours back, I explained him that the problem and told him that still I am facing the same problem. So how can you just close the call without solving it and without my confirmation?
Regards,
Sanjay
