NOT FOUND. error on fuptopup.bsnl.co.in

I've been getting this error when visiting fuptopup.bsnl.co.in

NOT FOUND. Reason:No package found with pkgName: HS-3300G-60MB-4MB-GPON for subscriber ID: **********@ftth.bsnl.in

Tried the user login from the same page and it says

Please enter valid credentials.

My internet works normal though, getting 60mbps as per my plan.
Anyone else facing this issue? Or know what might be the problem?

This happens when they remove plan from selfcare. I faced similar issue when I opted for 1299 plan which was not listed on selfcare. So most probably they removed the 60mbps from selfcare for some reason.

What plan did you opt for? Was it Fiber Basic Plus because that's the only plan that gives 60mbps speeds apart from the Freedom 75 plan @₹275 for 75 days @30 or @60 Mbps speeds. Fiber Basic Plus is still available for everyone.

Most users are getting the error.
It is not clear why this method stopped working abruptly.
This is now an old problem that is not yet addressed.
BSNL must escalate this issue.
