Not getting IPv6 on dynamic pppoe connection

Hi guys,


I was using static IP for several months since the uncapped magic has stopped i deactivated static IP. Local NOC was not able to reactivate Dynamic PPPoE connection, so they changed my ONT to ZyXEL. Now, internet worked but it stopped getting IPv6. (i used to get IPv6 when i was not on static with ZTE ONT). I logged a SR with Airtel they changed the ONT again to Nokia., it still didn't help. IPv6 WAN status is stuck at linking but WAN mode is set to IPv4 /IPv6 Dual Stack.

Now, local team and NOC got no idea how to fix this. Can someone help here?

escalate to net@airtel.com. Give your mobile number or they may ignore the mail. Insist for same ONT model i.e. ZTE
Insist and ask for assistance from senior tech experts, when you receive a call back from them. Note that the mobile nums from which they call are not reachable. So if you miss their call and call back, the num does not connect.
That's what I generally do when local enggs are unable to resolve the matter
