Not happy with my connection

I have a 512kbs connection and recently it's been a pain. Pages often load slow and sometimes the vids work without buffering, sometimes they are slow as hell. For example this video was working without buffering for me the other day but it buffers now. So, is it my connection or is it a problem with everyone ? SurfTheChannel - Movies All - Zodiac
