1.In dialup mode DHCP normally disabled. Check it. go back to PPP/PPPoE
always on mode and recheck.
2. In other desktop/laptop computers in TCP/IP select "Obtain an Ip address automatically" enter Open DNS.
3. Reducing the MTU. not sure about VISTA.

/members/vivek-onyx/1.Now , can you connect in WIFI mode all devices ( laptops etc ), after changing to PPP/PPPoE mode with DHCP enabled. ?.2. You have told earlier that all sites were available in Dialup mode with UTWa3002G1. 3. both laptops have the same problem with UTWa 300G1 ? sites not opening ? Please specify your problem/s more clearly.4.Action taken : result +ve or -ve where ? Settings changed result +ve or -ve where ?.5.Summarise like this :Mode of connection : Dialup or "Alwayson "Desktop : all sites open/do not open connected to LAN port Laptop 1 working/not working on WIFI some sites do not openLaptop 3 working/not working on WIFI some sites do not open

Hi guys i am having the same problem. i cant access websites like microsoft.com, gmail (after loggin in it never goes to inbox). If i use bridge mode, all sites loads correctly. I dont think it is a proble with DNS, as the ip address is resolved correctly. i gave ipaddress in the brosers address bar to check if it was a DNS problem, but still site does no load. I think this is a problem associated with the WA3002 G1 modem. I wonder why no other BSNl users came across this problem

Knocks out DNS/MTU options.

ping same site in "Dialup" mode and ppp/PPPoE mode .
Post tracert for web site not accessed.
Para two : Have you tried FireFox browser ? same result ?

As the difference is only DNS use BSNL dns only.
Option 1. In TCP/IP properties.
obtain IP address automatically.

Option 2 :
Disable Wireless connection and try LAN port connection to computer.

Para two ; read somewhere about disabling old 802B wifi not sure.
Probability of virus/malware. Is the OS updated ? SP3 released . see legal software forum.
