Due to these reasons, I cancelled mine after a week of final payment of around 1.5L on 31st march. They weren't refunding or giving any deadline for the refund completion. Finally raised a NCH complaint on 21st April and this was done on the same day evening. After 2 days, credited back to my cc.

Instead of taking anything down, Ola should offer a full refund to the uncle and take the scooter back and ban them from buying anything from Ola again. Good riddance.
