We don't have Autobahn in India. And a two wheeled vehicle can never become stable at 200Km/hr

Yes, only requirements I need high acceleration ,reach 100 km/hr within 4 seconds and disc brakes for instant braking.
@shashankb I only need that speed for brief time to reach one signal to another traffic signal so I can save some time.
