I don't remember the launch price. Started seriously using uber only once they dropped the luxury cars, and the Black fare was at an all time low.
 
Ola to invest Rs 350 crore in Haryana over 5 years to create over 10,000 entrepreneurs - The Economic Times

Taxi hailing app Ola has signed an agreement with Haryana government to create over 10,000 entrepreneurs in the state with an investment of Rs 350 crore over the period of five years, the company said today.

"We are proud to partner with the Haryana government to create more than 10,000 entrepreneurship opportunities across the state. To this end, we are planning to invest over Rs 350 crore in Haryana over the next 5 years," Chief Operating Officer, Ola, Pranay Jivrajka said in a statement.
 
Cab hailing service Ola Tuesday introduced a feature called Ola Offline to book cabs through a text message in a bid to increase its customer base.

Available through “Book via SMS” option, Ola Offline was piloted in June last year in smaller cities such as Nagpur and Indore. Now, the company is planning to launch a similar facility in four metro cities.
