OLT interface login after mac id got blacklisted

I was trying to use another router as a wifi repeater, and suddenly i lost internet access and the PON light starting blinking. Connection status shows ‘Not registered, not authenticated’.
Reading multiple posts on this forum, i think that my mac id got blacklisted by(?) the OLT and the only way to repair it is to remove it from blacklist using OLT interface.
The problem is that I cannot log into the OLT interface, even using the steps given in Syrotech’s official YouTube channel.
Can someone please tell me how to do it or help me with another solution as the LCO is utterly unhelpful.
 
A customer cannot log in to the OLT. Only the LCO can. If LCO is not fixing it, submit a complaint via the BSNL Selfcare Portal.
