one pc having wifi access shows dismal speed why

Hi, sloj, I had tested and this is the result.
I think that this is a best site . I have selected tamil nadu server.
Thanks.
But what I want is constant monitoring.
Is there any software that achieves this.
I just changed the hard disk mother board connector to the other base button, as I got some controller error.
Thanks sloj once again.
Hi, sloj, is this the speed of this exclusive pc in the connected devices.
The speed shows 37mbps , due to sharing of other devices ? but whenever I check the ethernet connection, it is near 67 mbps.

For what reason do you need constant monitoring of connection speed? If you are getting 67 Mbps on Ethernet then I am assuming you got the 60 Mbps plan from BSNL. When you share the connection with your home devices via wireless or wired connection, your connection speed will be divided among the devices based on which device requires how much at any particular point in time. What speed you get on your devices could be due to various reasons as Sushubh said.

Hi, Sloj, It is for academic interest to know things. I just changed my old pc to the upstairs and the speed is much more through the wiri.
see the speed test results.
There are so much free network software in github repository . Which gives much more information about network connection.
During my bb copper connection, I used to monitor speed as this is the same work, that my family members are also using. I also would look in to snr margin etc.
I know from your narrative that there is no separate download and upload speed thro the fibre connection
The technical terms are bit difficult to swallow .
Could you just say, that it is bsnl server that gives you the connection thro local vendors.
Is it coming from dslam or any other different route.
There is a thick cable, which is connected thro, a little bit thniner yellow wire and then connected to the ont modem .A jack is used to connect to the same modem to the telephone line and there is no change in your landline number which suggest that you are still in bsnl.
But from where the service signal is being given to the consumers who opt it.
Please see the result and I am happy to shift to the upper floor.

Any software you install on your PC is going to only monitor the connection speed on your PC only and not your whole local network. You can't view something like SnR which is not provided by ONT. I don't work for any ISP so can't say how they have their setup configured. But the abstract is OLT (from either LCO or ISP) to ONT (your home terminal).
If you still haven't gone through the link I provided previously then do it. Here it is again FTTH Tutorial. Most of your queries will be answered there.
