I doubt there's a direct option for this. Maybe send an email to the email ID listed under 'Contact Us'. For the OneCard app it is [email protected]. It may be different for the OneScore app.

Use it for petrol I guess, they may increase the limit in 3 months, but wouldn't be too much of an increase. Maybe request them for a limit increase providing supporting documents. But this is funny.
