Not a good sign that they are changing their terms so quickly. Next could be annual fees or something else.
With their fake waitlist they have proved ethics is not a strong value for them.
Feels stupid to provide them my statement.
Well, you do have to remember that this is a credit card which people are applying for and some verification should be done before it is issued to anybody. So the waitlist could just be a medium to create hype. SBI and other companies would have much longer lists of applications.

The point is whole waitlist scheme is a scam. And other companies provide genuine offer like cashback, giftcards or simply a good product to get users onboard not create fake scams for hype.
About verification it is done with ekyc after you get approved not when you are in waitlist (selfie and ekyc)
SBI and other companies process applications much faster. From my experience it takes 7-10 days for approval or rejection.

As Sushubh mentioned in the thread earlier, people with good credit score are getting approval without any wait. What would you say about that..
At the end it's your call if you want to get this card or not. Their USP is that they're giving you a metal card.

So they updated the terms, but didn't mention that they've updated them. The date is still 31st of July.
Let's see how this turns out. High chances that they will add an annual fee sooner or later or maybe some minimum spend in a year.

I was not going to apply for this card but @alekhkhanna 's mention that it has 1% forex really got me going. So I downloaded the app, did my cibil score (869 on experian and 790 on cibil ) and I was told to join the 14k waitlist which I did. Then I spun the wheel 3 times and my virtual card was approved with a very high limit and I was told the metal card will be delivered in 3-4 days.
Maybe the waitlist is for real and all the unapproved applicants, or the ones who have not spun the wheel are staying in that list....or it may be a fake hype too...and score may not be the only factor in jumping the waitlist as @Smh also has a score of 800 plus but didn't get approval. Not sure what their algorithms are but I will keep a close watch on their terms and cancel it if it looks shady.
