So I tried clearing cache/data and reinstalling the app. No luck

It doesn't allow me to take screenshots while using the OneCard app. Lol

@Samuel @Sushubh Actually, they do this to prevent screen sharing. Scammers use Teamviewer/ anydesk to scam people. I think they use some API or something to prevent screen sharing and it disables video recording/ screenshot at the same time. Paytm has an option to deactivate this somewhere in the settings, but it gets turned on automatically after 30 mins or so.

that is understandable. but it makes little sense in an app like OneCard? even more in airtel thanks app. from my understanding onecard does not have a upi component for person to person money transfer? airtel thanks app does have that bit. i believe apps can restrict recording capabilities to specific sections of the app instead of entire app (checking this bit online)... airtel went ahead and blocked it through the app.

Is anyone here on Android 12? Is the OneCard app working for you? It's crashing for me after Android 12 update (S21).

I'm using a very old phone. It's working for me so far. If I don't get a prompt (old phone, slow phone), I open the app and it shows up.

Iirc, it does give an option to authenticate transaction via OTP.
