So I bought a domain from namecheap and again it was declined but this time got a feedback form to confirm it was done by me. After confirming I had to complete the transaction again in next 15 mins. Transaction was approved second time.

Also got a robocall it ask details about txns but difference was instead of just asking press 1 or 0 yes/no it takes input via normal voice and asks more details like if u do such transactions again in future, why, what purpose etc.

Edit: another update somehow the DigitalOcean transaction was approved now.

Just to be safe i now add extra funds in DO account before billing.

CIBIL score is 801

Apparently they’re looking at other factors in addition to your CIBIL score. It may have to do with being a student, self-employed, salaried etc.
