Your best bet on Android would be getting a Pixel but I have heard even it has its issues like screen not responding.
Pixel is an idiocy purchase in India. Google is not invested in the platform. And for any repairs, your phone is picked up from your home and sent to their Mumbai repair center and then shipped back which means you could be without the phone for as long as three weeks.
I have a pixel 4a and am happy with it. Though, you all might laugh - pixels are famous for their camera AND i am not happy with the camera. Otherwise, the screen and performance (not for high end gamers) are top notch. Battery is okayish giving 5 hours SoT. Lasts a day with moderate usage.
Value for money for 30K.
Any questions on pixel are welcome.
Coming to iPhone - Again it is for people who don't like to play along with their phone. I call it a plug and play phone. If you are one such user, go ahead with it. You won't go wrong. Personally for me, I have used it for a couple of years and won't be going back to an iPhone again. I like to personalise the way I use my phone and iphone doesn't provide that. Android vs ios is a debate where no one is an actual winner. Both have features which are worth going for.
Great to hear no issues. Reddit, AP, the Verge all filled with comments how 4a, 4a5g have screen issues. Was supposed to be sorted out with Feb update.
A phone that I love right now, at least based on specs and design, is the AsusZenfone 6z/7z/Pro. But no info on when the 7z will be available, if they decide to launch it. And my Nexus 6 is dying.
at this point of time, if i were to buy a phone for myself, i would just get the f62 and have a phone with 2-3 day worth of battery life. probably more with normal usage.
