Google isn't fine with Cyanogen for several things.

Cyanogen must be fulfilling all the requirements Google has set to get the ability to ship their phones with Google Play Services and Google Play Store. Samsung bundle their devices with S-Voice so this is not exactly new. Google Now is just a minor part of the Android ecosystem. A lot of Android users do not even know it exists. Replacing it with uninstallable Cortana does not sound like a big deal to me especially when the users have the option to remove it and get Google Now Launcher.

I don't think Google does that. But they stopped Cyanogen from shipping Google Apps (like Drive, Maps, etc.) a few years back.

From my understanding CyanogenMod does not come with Google Apps because they are not open source in nature? Users have to install it manually?

That was from their community based OS Cyanogenmod. And Google enforces this on every other custom ROMs out there.

Anyone OnePlus One users here running latest Oxygen OS and on a 4G network? A colleague is facing a peculiar problem when he's on 4G network. Whenever he turns the screen on and unlock the device the screen doesn't respond to touches. Also, when there's an incoming call, it takes a while for the screen to light up and show the incoming call screen. This happens only when he's on a 4G network (Vodafone 4G).
