Indian version is coming preloaded with CM. But CM would not be releasing updates through OTA for this variant. You can install the updates manually of course. OPO is developing their own build of Android for the Indian model and they would start delivering it from February next year.

Will be getting the device in few hours (parcel service ) , ordered Orzly Tempered glass from ebay (UK) .
As for CM updates , i think i would shift to other ROMs once they mature enough. Now given the state of CM and 1+ , i think the latter will be actively supporting custom rom developers.

Just got the phone. Here are my first impression

Moving from alomst 3 yrs old SIII to OPO

- Package is absolutely awesome.

- The phone looks big , but TBH , when you first hold it in your hand , its super light.I really dont feel the weight at all. Infact my S3 feels little heavy

- The back surface is nice , but i had quicksand back cover for my S3 years before , so its not totally new feel to me , but on OPO , it feel little polished

- Screen is nice , but colors look little washed out .

- Phone is very responsive

- Calls are very clear. I was little worried as some were complaining that the call was (from OPO) little low , but my friend told me infact its very better than my S3 and clear.

Rest will continue (if i have time )

Apart from this , the cable is awesome and i dont know why some didnt mention , the pin is gold plated , so expect it to last for some time .The charger is 2A, so no wonder some were saying it took more time to charge this phone apart from the original charger.

I was able to compare this phone with note 3 , and OPO is so light , Note 3 is little fat , but both are almost the same size.

Will try to do a full review if possible on my website , but i can hardly find time nowadays.

More than these , a big thanks to IBF and its users for giving me the invite , icar and sushubh .

A friend who saw the phone and also heard about the invitation asked , if I get the invitation , could it be shared with him , so incase you guys dont want it, i will give it to him , provided i get one

All global version of OnePlus One will continue to receive future OTA firmware updates from Cyanogen. Therefore be rest assured if you have the global version of the One then you will continue to receive all future OTA firmware updates from cyanogen. You can refer to the details printed on the box in which your OnePlus One was shipped to you to see whether you have global version of the device or not.
