Online Billing Site Problem

Hai All,

I am using BSNL broadband since feb 2008. I live in UP East region. On their site UP East Circle Lucknow they provided a link for getting a duplicate copy of your bill at http://210.212.52.84/upbsnl/register/billfrm.php . But the site seems to be always down. If any one know how to get the bill online or know the link please tell me. I know the amount to be paid this month by calling Cutomer care.

except a few cities this facility is not available anywhere.i seriously doubt any city in UP is having this facility.better to contact local exchange & ask for bill there.after all if you do have any problem with the bill local exchange people will only consider the printed bill sent by their office.

1. BSNL Portal At this site in the left hand side "sign up"
You register here and get ID and password. Then you can access many services regarding your Telephone/cellphone/bills etc. Hope UP cities also included.
Para two:
For Broadband usage check you have to go to
BSNL - Broadband Account Management with your 14 digit portal ID and password password.
http://p3hosting.bsnl.in:9080/BroadBandCustomerPortal/

This is different to above 1.
Also different from your USERID and password for connecting to Internet !
Dataone WebMail for web mail !

i tried that a month ago but as far as i remember i read on the site that online bill facility is only available for chandigarh circle in north india.
