however questions should be more brushed up,
what I feel is a survey should cover more in-depth and strategic questions to bring out more details from a online shopper.
I am sorry to suggest above, I am not a management expert, but only a retired host who had a eCommerce website for a decade..

Ordered from healthkart 4days back.
Today got a mail order delivered and it never was.
Trying to check on site no tracking avail. whats so ever. Just says delivered.
gonna make a dedicated thread if the morons at healthkart do nothing about it !
Update: got a call at 10.07 am not a tone of a single apology. All the guy said was their status showed delivery done but the guy never bothered to check with his logistic team before calling. Now i have told him to do so lets see what happens.
I suggest stay away from healthkart or stick with COD with this scam website !
