ebay.com notice its ebay.COM not ebay.in most of the sellers from USA will ship to india. Also NEwegg and buy.com WONT ship to India last time I checked. also Amazon will ship only few things to India. best of all go to deals2buy.com or dealsofamerica.com...cheers!!

and iPhone was supposed to arrive in July this year right?

Apple is planning a full on attack this american holiday season with a new ipad, iphone and possibly ipod touch.

The iPhone follows a June/July annual launch cycle. That didn't happen this year due to the issues faced by the Japanese component suppliers. So this year it will be launched during the annual iPod launch cycle which is September.

Apple will still launch one iPhone in a year and the older iPhone models will be offered at lower price points (with maybe a refresh). Don't expect Apple to come out with multiple iPhone models in a year just because the others are doing so. Apple does not operate that way.

I know this is not the right place to ask, but I don't want to start a new thread for this small query. I'm just about to hit the 'buy' button on the iPad 2 3G + Wifi (GSM) model from the US, and I'd like to know if I use a 3G carrier such as Airtel or Vodafone or MTNL in Delhi with it, will it fallback to GPRS/EDGE in areas where 3G connectivity is not available?

ok guys. .tried ordering something off dealextreme.com using friends credit card. But it wont accept my personal address.. it wants only address which was used by the credit card. Any idea how to change this?

No you can't. They verify and check the billing address and shipping address and it has to match.
