Outgoing issue on BSNL FTTH (Dial Plan)

Can anyone please help me with the dial plan of BSNL? I erased it and now I can't seem to make them work. Outgoing is not working

Mention the device at least so that others might have a clue to help. Dial plan differs.
Or reset the device.

Page 121. Only one I could find. Your best bet is to reset the device or if you have a back up of the config, upload it to the device.
