Password not working

Hi, I got a new fiber connection, I got Syrotech router from BSNL. yesterday night when they set it up password was working, I tried connecting wifi and it worked, but then later when I try to connect, I'm unable to connect, I tried connecting ethernet cable, but still getting windows can't communicate with dns server

Are you able to open the router page? Usually, it is 192.168.1.1
If the page opens and you have the login credentials then check the configuration.
But, firstly try to ping 8.8.8.8 while connecting through an ethernet cable. If you get a ping then you have probably configured DNS wrong. If not getting pings to this ip then there is a problem somewhere else.

Just restart the modem, Syrotrch has this problem.

I also have Syrotech for over 1 year, never faced such issue.
