Pathetic is the Last Word for Aircel

Dear All,I am using Aircel from past one week and already i can say Aircel is just having bad, very bad, very very bad customer service. i have already spoken to 20-25 executives and all of them were really pathetic. The simple problem of mine they were not able to rectify. The problem of activating my GPRS for my postpaid plan is creating such a problem for them god knows if any major issue comes how they are gonna handle, I have even been visiting Aircel outlet in Frazer Town and also happen to go to Indranagar outlet but as of now my problem still remains. My complaint number dated 2nd is still not attended.Truly Indian

Firstly why did you go with Aircel? Its newly launched in Bangalore. You could have gone with Airtel or VF !

Long back I remember VF [or rather Hutch in those days] used to be the best network in Bangalore by far. Recently when I went there though, I was mostly roaming outside the Hutch network

Am using VF from last 5 years, I would say VF's network has considerably improved a lot in Bangalore.
