I have been using You broad band since last 4 months now and I think that was the biggest mistake of my life to opt for it.
In last 4 months its customer care has rarely solved humongous issues I have faced
1) Every month for around 5 days there would be no connection and you would geta message syaing some fibre optic cable is cut, they dont compensate it
2) They never pick your phone and keep you on hold
3) Finally even after doing a recharge of 3 months they did not add the 37 GB balance though I fought thick and thin from nodal officer till appelate
Pathetic and horrible
