They haven't refunded a failed transaction that happened on Saturday yet. Support seems to be sending generic responds. Not happy.

I am getting "generic" response from almost 1-2 months.

They dont even appear to check/read what query is.

And the link to visit "ticket" never works, it never allowed me to login.

"Forgot password" link (on ticket system) sends you "reset password" link by e-mail but clicking on reset link takes you back to login page!
