Performance in Hyderabad

Hi,

I am planning to move away from You broadband because of poor customer service and unresponsiveness. I was wondering how BSNL fiber is in Hyderabad and if you get promised speeds and decent latency ? How is the service over all in Hyderabad, including customer service.

Extra points if you have information on the Saroornagar Circle BSNL lines, if there are any around here ?

I get promised speeds (200 Mbps).

It's great when it works but when it doesn't it goes down for few hours to couple days.
