Phone line is good but Internet is very slow, only few sites open properly.

BSNL Broadband, 2Mbps upto 6GB, 512kbps afterwards plan.

After using my 2Mbps quota since last few days broadband is acting weird, few sites like Google , Gmail, Youtube , NDTV, Cricinfo are working fine, others taking decades to load properly, can't download anything from Google Chrome, zero downloading speed, torrent downloads very slow, can't buffer videos from Starsports or any other sites, social networking sites taking too long to load.

Changed the MTU setting to 1460.(optimal)
Used Google DNS.
But still problem persists..
These are some configuration of my modem..
Rate- 2044(downstream), 507(Upstream)
SNR Margin- 31.5(downstream), 29.5(Upstream)

Any help would be highly appreciated.

I will tell you the trick to renew your 6 GB again,

Open 192.168.1.1 in your browser
Choose (admin as username and admin as password)
On the left hand side, you will see "Device Info" click on it and subcategories will open, choose Statistics and then reset statistics and then click on LAN and do the same (Reset Statistics) and same for WAN,ATM,ADSL (reset statistics).
Click on Advanced Setup and then click on Edit - (this first one to be edited 0/0/35 1 UBR pppoe_0_35_1 ppp_0_0_35_1 PPPoE Enabled Disabled Enabled )
ATM PVC Configuration - leave as it is and click NEXT
Connection Type- leave as it is and click NEXT
PPP Username and Password - click PPP Username: and edit the first letter only (just Capitalize the first letter only like if its small m then M, if its a then A, if its b then B etc)
and click next and for other categories next and next and then click save.

You will be here now at Wide Area Network (WAN) Setup (a table like structure)

Click Save Reboot and see the magic. Check your speed and usage is renewed.

Remember when starting of the month, you have this CAPITAL letter username (which has a new IP address) data renewed and when data expires just repeat the steps above and change your username first letter (like if small then CAPITAL and if CAPITAL then small) and save reboot.
